I was very happy with the whole experience, from the initial call to the finished work. I got Shaun’s business card from him and will be passing it on to friends and family.

I just called to say how pleased I was with the service. Wade was wonderful and the office was great in getting him out to me so fast.

Very happy with John. He did a great job and when the dispatcher call me to say that John would be back at 12 p.m. to make an adjustment he was actually onsite by 10 a.m.. Great job all around.

Matt was very helpful and good at his job. We haven’t had a bad rain storm since he’s done the work but if there is a problem when we do get a storm we will call. I am very impressed that your company does follow up calls. Not enough businesses do that sort of thing these days.

I had Hy-Pro Plumbing & Drain Cleaning in to do work for me when we were renovating our upstairs and turning it into an apartment. The technicians name was Mike and I found him to be very knowledgeable and professional. We had Mike do the plumbing for our bathroom and our kitchen sink as well as putting in a water softener which he supplied. The work that Mike did was always done right the first time and he always cleaned up after himself which is always a plus in my books. Would I get Hy-Pro Plumbing back again? You betcha.
